This accreditation allows learners to refresh and re-test their knowledge, skills and understanding of dangers associated with overhead activities and the safety precautions required while working on ladders and wooden poles.

This accreditation is assessment only.

 

Prerequisites

Already hold an SA001 - Overhead Safety certificate that is expiring or has expired within the last 3 months.

 

Personal Protective Equipment (Mandatory)

Safety Boots (with a well-defined heel for climbing poles).
Safety Helmet (with 4-point chin strap).
Hi-Visibility Vest – Long Sleeve.
Appropriate Gloves.
Clothing suitable for inclement weather (Advised).
Eye Shields.

Mandatory PPE: Please note without the correct PPE candidates could be refused onto the event and charges will still apply.

 

Desirable PPE

Harness.
Work Positioning Belt.
Lanyard.
